Refunds/Payments
- MSI does not provide refunds. Credits that must be used toward a future MSI program, are only given in the case of injury with medical documentation.
- Trainingâ?? see above. Private lessons must be purchased prior to scheduling. All lessons will expire 1 year from date of purchase. Lessons may not be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson time.
- Summer Camp- see above.
- Facility rental refunds/payment policies are mandated by rental agreement specific to each group.
- Travel team refunds/payment policies are mandated by player agreements.
- Leagues â?? no refunds given for any reason.
- Baseball Tournament Policies:
*All returned checks or chargebacks are subject to a $35 fee assessed to client account in addition to the balance of services rendered.
*Any and all unpaid balances for services rendered will be subject to collections.
Privacy
We take your privacy seriously and do not share information with any other organization, except as necessary to complete a transaction. Maple Zone will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
