AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS OF $500 DOWN AND $1095 ON 5/14/19

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENTS. MSI WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE TOURNAMENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO START DATE. 

Tournament Details 

* Teams play a 3 games(weather permitting) There are no playoff games. 

* Each team will play in front of 4 college coaches per game.

* Coaches will be in the dugouts, coaching the bases and will have received team roster before the event.

* If time allows coaches will throw BP in cages before the teams first game of the event.

* Format will be posted with the schedule on the Sunday before the event begins.

* Metal Bat or Wood Bat is allowed.

* Games will be three outs or six batters per inning to keep games moving and to allow as many players to be showcased for the college coaches. 

* There is also a 1 hr 45 min drop dead, but finish any batter that is currently at bat. 

* The majority of the games will be played at Neumann University. Villanova will also be used.

Information Needed From Coaches 

Prior to the tournament beginning you will receive an email containing all the information that is needed from the coaches. Items include the following. 

* Instructions on roster submission

* Insurance Certificate with "Maplezone Bat Works" listed at additional insured.

* Birth Certificates (please bring a copy, not originals with you.)
